xSense PRO
xSense PRO is xFarm's flagship weather station, built on the proven DAVIS Vantage Pro2 mechanism. It measures wind speed and direction, rainfall, air temperature and humidity, and optionally solar radiation, leaf wetness and 8MP camera imagery.
Connectivity
The station doubles as a LoRa gateway (868 MHz band) and has its own 2G/3G/4G cellular module plus a GNSS receiver, so it doesn't require an additional hub to send data to the platform.
Power and housing
A 6V/2.5W solar panel and a 6000 mAh Li-Po battery enable autonomous operation through the whole season. The UV-resistant ASA housing is rated IP56 and operates from -20°C to 65°C.
